Jason Luther Elected Editor in Chief
On February 7, 2008, the membership of the South Carolina Law Review elected Jason Phillip Luther as the Editor in Chief of Volume 60. Jason has a B.A. in History from Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, Georgia, and expects to receive his J.D. from USC in 2009. Before law school, Jason helped found a construction business that rebuilt homes in hurricane damaged south Florida. He has also worked as a paralegal and project assistant in law firms in South Carolina and Tennessee. Jason's note, A Tale of Two Cities: Is Lozano v. City of Hazelton the Judicial Epilogue to the Story of Local Immigration Regulation in Beaufort County, South Carolina?, will be published in the Law Review's Survey of South Carolina Law in April 2008.
