Navigating the Law Review Article Selection Process: An Empirical Study of Those with All the Power—Student Editors

Rev. 175 (2007) The article reports findings from a unique study that asked student editors at all “tiers” of law schools for their personal commentary about the law review article selection process. The authors’ primary goal in conducting the survey was to learn what really mattered to student editors. The survey results revealed valuable information, some of it predictable and some of it surprising.
